Items shipped from evolchicago.com may be returned within seven days of arrival. All returned items must be unused and in new condition. Should a customer wish to return an item or items, EVOL Chicago will either exchange returned item(s) for merchandise of equal or lesser value, or provide a full refund minus shipping costs and/or additional fees, based on customer preference.
